Stunning location in a great area made it easy to get to key attractions. Our rooms were newly remodelled with the bedroom, a bigger double bed and bathrobes as expected. The breakfast was savoury and good value as opposed to other options.
The staff we met were particularly busy.

The hotel staff were nice.
What a joke, is this supposed to be a fourstar hotel? We arrived at 18.00 and first had to wait to get our room. When we got up to the room I had a shower meanwhile someone knocked on the door and told my girlfriend they wanted to check if the room was cleaned? Overall the room was moldy, spots on the carpet of moisture, no minibar. Shower had zero presure etc etc. not recomended, you'll get better worth for your money somewhere else!

The location and that the incidents that were raised try to compensate them with invitations to different services, which we appreciate very much.
Cleanliness was conspicuous by its absence. The carpet was very dirty and it was a suite. The bathroom left a lot to be desired, very old and dirty. One day they forgot to make our rooms, we had to ask them to at least give us towels, gel, and a review of the room. Well, they only gave us new towels. The rest like whoever hears the rain.. And the worst thing, was that the first day they gave us two wrong room keys, it was 5 am, we opened and they were busy. A bad time to wake up those families... However, we communicated everything on our way out and they tried to compensate us with different services, which we are very grateful for. It was an accumulation of errors, which left us with a bitter taste in our mouths.

perfect location for a city trip; friendly staff at reception
the room was really cold and kind of windy from the window, got a sore throat; restaurant staff seems not to be very experienced; complaints at reception haven't been really taken up - no excuse.

location, staff and breakfast
I expected something better from the room paying 112 euros per night 1 single room for 1 person. Super small and facilities are old, there is no relation quality - price. I arrived I was given a room in a basement with a window that you could see people's feet when walking, those were the views. It was very small, you could hardly move and on top of that the bathroom was wet as the toilet was leaking and I found a towel on the floor, trying to keep it dry. They changed it immediately but sent me to a building across the street that also belongs to the hotel that had no one in reception at night or control of entry or exit of anyone, it was just to sleep. activity was done in the other building (reception, breakfast, meals, etc). It did not meet my expectations.
